IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!

   LET’S “PINK OUT” TONIGHT!

In the Fort today:  Tiger Volleyball is hosting “DIG PINK” in conjunction with National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  All the action begins at 5 this evening in the main gym.  Tigers vs. Girard Trojans @ 5p.m.; Tigers vs. Columbus Titans @ 6p.m. and Tigers vs. Pittsburg Purple Dragons @ 7p.m. Remember to wear pink!

AWAY FROM THE FORT…

FSHS Freshmen Volleyball @ Anderson County, 4:30p.m.  Speaking of FSHS Freshman Volleyball, add Monday, October 5th to the current schedule.  The girls travel to Riverton and do battle with Frontenac @ 6 Monday evening and Riverton at 7p.m.

HOMECOMING WEEK CONTINUES TODAY…

with Tie Dye Day!  Tomorrow is Class Color Day!  Seniors wear black, Junior wear white, Sophomores and Staff wear red and Freshman wear gray.

During Activity Period tomorrow, there will be a virtual pep assembly via Zoom to classrooms. 

COME TO THE “COOKOUT” TOMORROW NIGHT:  Grillin' the Grizzlies on the Gridiron!

Homecoming festivities begin at 6:30 with kick-off slated for 7 o’clock against Labette County @ Frary Field!  ALL STUDENTS MUST WEAR A MASK AND ENTER THROUGH THE NORTH GATES.  

Remember students, if you leave during the game, you will NOT be readmitted!

SATURDAY NIGHT IS MOVIE NIGHT!

FSHS Student Council is sponsoring Movie Night on the football field beginning at 8:30 this Saturday night.  Tickets are $5 each, available from Ms. Lewis, Room 120.  The movie is “Shrek” and there is only a limited number of tickets available, so get yours ASAP!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO... SIGN UP FOR LUNCH!

Meals may be free at this time, but we still need to know how much food to prepare so remember to include yourself in the daily lunch count!

Brought a sack lunch? Milk is only $.50 per carton.

FROM THE NURSE:

Before you call for a ride home or drive yourself because you don't feel well, you must first visit with Nurse Reynolds. If it is determined you need to leave school, the NURSE must reach out to your parent/guardian before you can leave the building. You will not be allowed to sign out until the office hears from Nurse Reynolds.
